You can choose any of the options provided, but I recommend completing them all in the order listed, as they are arranged for convenience. The link provided directs you to the official download page for the antivirus software you selected. Feel free to use the official download links from the website if you prefer; it’s completely understandable if you want to verify the source. As always, I suggest starting from the top and working your way down.

When using Safe Mode with Networking/Internet, ensure you delete, quarantine, or remove any files the software identifies. However, exercise caution when using Norton Power Eraser, as it can be quite aggressive.

As a final step, go through and re-scan with HitmanPro and Malwarebytes.

Heads up! Get extra antivirus protection. Most malware sneaks past Windows Defender, so a third-party program adds an important layer of security (even though it’ll disable Defender). Better safe than sorry!
